Meet Dr. Abbey Orozco

Dr. Abbey Sullivan Orozco believes that every child should get to experience a healthy smile. She has a unique ability to help shape her young patients’ views and opinions of dentistry, and educate them about their oral health so they will understand the importance of a healthy smile as an adult. Dr. Abbey loves showing children that dentistry can be fun!

Dr. Abbey attended the University of Notre Dame for her Bachelor of Arts. Her Doctorate of Dental Medicine was completed at Temple University School of Dentistry, where she also met her husband, Dr. Jake. Dr. Abbey continued on at Temple University Hospital/Episcopal Division for her pediatric dental residency and certificate in pediatric dentistry.

Dr. Abbey is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She completes an annual recertification process that includes continuing education to keep abreast of developments in the field of pediatric dentistry. She is also a member of the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. She was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the National Dental Honor Society, in 2007.

A native of Scranton, PA, Dr. Abbey and her husband now live in Philadelphia. When she’s not helping little smiles stay healthy, she enjoys skiing, golfing, jogging along Kelly Drive, reading, coloring with her nieces, riding her beach cruiser at the Jersey Shore, and swimming.
